Our work

What to expect during your service call or installation

  • Social distancing is practised when possible

  • Technicians will wear face covering (mask) if requested by home owner

  • Technicians will wear covers over work boots while in home

  • Technicians are equipped/wear proper PPE during service visits

  • Will perform a test run of all installations and repairs to ensure all is in safe working order

  • Work area left clean and free of debris 

  • Final walk through, to ensure Customer is confident using new equipment. We will go over any additional questions the home owner may have

How to prepare for our visit

  • When we arrive, we ask that you do your best to practice safe distance between yourself and Technician.

  • Ensure work area is free of clutter, and there is adequate space for our technicians.

  • Remove any potential hazards along pathway to service area, e.i clutter on stairs etc.

  • We ask that you keep pets in a separate area of your home. Our Technicians will be in and out of the home which can cause upset to pets.

  • To keep your HVAC system operating efficiently, we strongly recommend servicing annually (once per year for each HVAC unit in home, i.e Furnace, A/C, Fireplace)

  • Buy with confidence, Gibson®️ offers one of the longest warranties for HVAC equipment in the industry. 10 year limited all- parts warranty, and limited lifetime heat exchanger warranty for gas furnace or gas/electric packaged unit when registered (we take care of Registration, so you don’t have to). Giving you complete comfort in your HVAC System purchase.

  • All Estimates are 100% free.

    This includes new construction, as well as existing. Should on rare occasion an Estimate/site visit turn into a Service call, charges included would be for service call only.

  • If your HVAC system is requiring constant repairs, is not operating efficiently and causing fluctuation in utility bills, or is 15 years or older, it may be time to replace.
